How was food stored before there was electricity to power refrigerators? And how did people cook without electric stoves, microwaves and blenders? From the chamber pot to the Bassena, a public fountain in apartment houses, from the incandescent light bulb to the dust blower – on this guided tour, we discover remarkable things dating back to a time when our grandparents and great-grandparents were children.

Please book in due time - the tours at 9 am are quickly booked out. Two accompanying persons can attend for free.
