Radio Broadcasts – Live at the TMW

For the special exhibition “100 Years of Radio”, the museum becomes a radio station: visitors to the museum can join the audience for selected radio broadcasts that will be aired live from the Technisches Museum Wien.

radio ORANGE 94.0 live from the TMW


On May 9, 2025, the live broadcast GIDO – Conversation in the Oasis will take place in the event area of the exhibition “100 Years of Radio.” Visitors are warmly invited to join the conversation between the chief curator of the anniversary exhibition, Wolfgang Pensold, and radio ORANGE managing director Ulli Weish to learn everything about the radio exhibition – and to discover it on site.
 
The broadcast shines a spotlight on the concept and design of the exhibition and explores the past, present, and future of radio.

No registration required, seating subject to availability.Participation in the live broadcast is possible with a valid museum admission ticket.
