How do you get to the Technisches Museum? Or to relatives who live elsewhere? Nowadays, such short “journeys” are easy and do not take long. But that used to be different. We travel back to the time when even the shortest trip was a real adventure.

The mobility exhibition shows you why travelling by stagecoach was awfully uncomfortable, but cost as much as a flight to America today. The museum is awaiting you with horse-drawn trams, high wheelers, the world’s very first aircraft – and much more! 
Please note the age requirements! Children under the age of 8 may only participate when accompanied by an adult.
