Shaping the future. Ideas for the circular economy
In cooperation with aws Austria Wirtschaftsservice, six sustainable solutions from Austrian innovators can be discovered under the title Shaping the future. These have been designed and implemented in the spirit of the circular economy. The products cover many areas of life – from play furniture for children and soundproofing solutions made of biodegradable materials to mattresses designed for circular use.
Producing products for circular use means conserving resources and the environment, increasing regional value creation and reducing emissions. Modular designs and repairable, reusable materials that can be recycled at the end of their service life allow resources to be used efficiently to maintain our standard of living in the future. With the Innovation Corner format, the Vienna Museum of Science and Technology becomes a stage for innovative solutions by Austrian pioneers that benefit both the environment and society.
