Everyone knows it: Freshly baked bread smells so good that the smell brings back childhood memories. In this guided tour, we get a glimpse behind the scenes of food production.

We explore how foods are produced, where they come from and how long they can be used. The group examines how various foods are processed into the products sold in the supermarket, at the farmers’ market, the baker’s or the butcher’s.
