The world’s very first aircraft, a giant crucible and a whole hydroelectric power plant – the Technisches Museum Wien hosts some very special treasures of technological history.

The most famous, most valuable and most fascinating ones are presented in this guided tour. Exhibits such as the Hofsalonwagen (Austrian royal railway carriage) of Empress Elisabeth or the Mercedes Silver Arrow are brought back to life in exciting and entertaining stories.
