3D printing for beginners

Printing your own 3D object is easier than you think! A 3D printer allows individual designs to be produced quickly and cost-effectively.
Kindergarten & School
6–13 Grade
Online-Program
In our workshop, we explain how 3D printers build up objects layer by layer. Then it’s time for the DIY part of the workshop: The pupils design their own 3D models using the Tinkercad software under supervision.
Finally, we discuss in what professions and industry sectors this technology is used and what the future of 3D printing might look like.
The designs created in the workshop will be printed out and sent to the school by post.
