2. Schulstufe – 6. Schulstufe

How come airplanes can fly? Who were the first human beings to take to the skies – and how did they do it? Get to know some daring pilots and fly with us through time!

Have you ever dreamt about being able to fly like a bird? The dream of flying has been with us since the beginning of time. With us you’ll find out how a large aircraft is able to take off in the first place and who the first people were to take to the air.

What was it about storks, dragonflies and plants that inventors were able to copy when it came to flying? Listen to some exciting stories about sheep in hot-air balloons and flying plants! After that, we’ll teach you how to fold some exceptional paper planes and propeller models and then get them to take off from some very special ramps.
